Cancellation Policy:
We require 30 days or 1 complete billing cycle notice to cancel your Mastermind membership.
If a payment is missed, you have 10 days to update your credit card information on our website or by contacting us at paola@chriswarnes.com. Paola will contact you to gather your credit card details and update our system. You will receive an automated email regarding your missed payment and a link to update your credit card information. If we do not receive an email from you regarding payment within those 10 days, your account will be terminated.
Pause Policy:
We require 30 days or 1 complete billing cycle notice to pause your Mastermind membership. We can only pause your membership for 60 days. After this period, your membership will be automatically resumed at your rate. If you choose to stop your membership, you will lose your grandfathered rate if you had. If you decide to join again in the future, you will need to do so at the current investment rate.
We strive for respect and aim for everyone to work together in a community that is safe for learning, along with supporting each other.
We require all cameras to be turned on during class.
If your camera is not turned on, you will receive 3 warnings:
First warning: If you do not turn your camera on during class, you will be muted for a month regarding questions in class and the Facebook group.
Second warning: If you do not turn your camera on during class, you will be removed from the live class.
Third warning: If you do not turn your camera on during class, you will be removed from the Mastermind entirely, and your membership will be canceled.
We encourage questions during our Mastermind classes.
Please raise your digital hand, and Chris will call upon you when the time is right. Interruptions are not recommended as they disrupt the class dynamic and cause Chris to lose his train of thought.
There will be no exceptions to any of these new rules, as these rules are in place for YOU to grow YOU and everyone in the Mastermind together.
